Baseball Recap: Haddon Township Takes a Loss

Haddon Township was the 12-7 winner over Highland Regional when they last played one another back in April of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Hawks fell 4-1 to the Tartans on Thursday. The Hawks' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Haddon Township's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Highland Regional, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-6-1.

Coming up, Haddon Township will take on Florence Township Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Hawks are facing the Flashes at the right time seeing as the Flashes are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Highland Regional, they will square off against Cumberland at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tartans will also cruise into their next match with the timing on their side: the Colts will have lost seven straight heading into Monday's contest.
