Caverna had lost ten straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 0-15 to make it 11. They lost 13-2 to the Clinton County Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Colonels of the 20-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2018.

Caverna saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clayton Norris, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run. Raif Dennison also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

That's the most RBI Thrasher has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Tucker Casada, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Coming up, Caverna will host Russellville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Colonels are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Clinton County, they will venture away from home to take on Wayne County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
