Mason Shaul, Bradley-Bourbonnais's leader in runs on the season, led the team again on Tuesday. Despite the defeat, Shaul was still locked in as he scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Even though Shaul couldn't lead Bradley-Bourbonnais over Sandburg, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Boilermakers have some work to do to even out the 1-6 series between these two since April of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
