Recap: John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles vs. McKinley Bulldogs
If the John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles were feeling good off their 79-14 takedown of the Mathews Mustangs last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The contest between John F. Kennedy Catholic and McKinley wasn't particularly close, with John F. Kennedy Catholic falling 51-37.
Defeat or not, John F. Kennedy Catholic got some senior leadership from Ava Darney who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 10 rebounds and Marina Sanders who scored 11 points.
John F. Kennedy Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for McKinley, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. John F. Kennedy Catholic will take on Badger at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McKinley, they will be playing at home against Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy at 6:45 p.m. on December 4th.
