Basketball Recap: Flandreau Skates Past Beresford with Ease

Flandreau's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Beresford Watchdogs, posting a 70-36 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Fliers considering their 19-point performance the match before.

Flandreau now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Beresford, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Flandreau and St. Mary will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Beresford, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Centerville at 1:00 p.m. on December 31st. Centerville will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Beresford surely won't give up without a fight.
