Volleyball Game Preview: Rootstown Rovers vs. Berkshire Badgers

Rootstown is 0-4 against Berkshire since September of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Rovers will be playing at home against the Badgers at 7:00 p.m.

Rootstown came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Chagrin Falls. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Rovers have suffered since September 11th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Berkshire had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They blew past the Hornets 3-0.

Berkshire's got stronger as the match went on, holding Kirtland to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-18, 25-17.

Rootstown's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Berkshire, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.
