Oasis Academy played against North Tahoe on Saturday and won via forfeit.

Oasis Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for North Tahoe, they are on a 34-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oasis Academy will venture away from home to square off against West Wendover at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bighorns will need to watch out since the Wolverines have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for North Tahoe, they are taking a road trip to challenge Silver Stage at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lakers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Nighthawks have averaged an impressive 6.4 runs per game this season.
