Soccer Recap: Provo Wins Going Away Against South Sevier

After failing to score in their last game, Provo made sure to put some goals up on the board against South Sevier on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Rams. Considering Provo's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

The victory snapped Provo's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3 record. As for South Sevier, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Provo will face off against Uintah at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Sevier, they will square off against Providence Hall at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Sevier will be up against Providence Hall's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.8 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
