Soccer Recap: Westford Academy Comes Up Short

Westford Academy lost against Waltham back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grey Ghosts lost 5-2 to the Hawks. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Westford Academy were already down 4-1.

Westford Academy now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Waltham, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-3.

Looking ahead, Westford Academy will square off against Billerica Memorial at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Waltham, they will head out to take on Acton-Boxborough at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
