Jayzion Mcqueen Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Crestview got the W thanks in part to Jayzion Mcqueen playing the best football he has all season. Mcqueen rushed for 168 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 88 yards and a touchdown. He has become a key player for Crestview: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 0-3 otherwise.
Crestview moved to 3-4 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. Mcqueen and Crestview will take on Escambia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Makael Williams Goes Supernova in Pace Win
Pace picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Makael Williams. Williams was dynamite, rushing for 162 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry.
Pace's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Williams and Pace will play host again on Thursday to welcome Pine Forest, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:30 p.m.
