St. Charles North entered their tilt with Batavia on Tuesday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the North Stars also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

St. Charles North not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Batavia between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16.

Haley Burgdorf paced St. Charles North's offense, picking up ten kills. Burgdorf got some help from Mia McCall and her 18 assists.

St. Charles North's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Batavia, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-11.

Looking ahead, St. Charles North will square off against Evanston at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. The North Stars are facing the Wildkits at the right time seeing as the Wildkits are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Batavia, they will venture away from home to take on Joliet West at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
