Ossining extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 1-12. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Scarsdale Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-4 back in April.

As for Scarsdale, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-16. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory they have posted since May 1, 2025.

For Scarsdale's part, Leah Im spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Olivia Unis was excellent, getting on base in two of her four plate appearances with four stolen bases and one run. Those four stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Annabella Musto, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
