Waynedale lost to New Philadelphia back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Golden Bears walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Quakers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Bears.

Bella Parry paced Waynedale's offense, picking up nine kills. Parry got some help from Sydnee Beckler and her 22 assists.

Waynedale's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for New Philadelphia, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14.

Waynedale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Tuslaw on the 4th. As for New Philadelphia, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Dover on the 7th.
