Baseball Recap: Lovington Comes Up Short

Lovington fell victim to Artesia and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 11-0. The Wildcats have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Lovington's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Artesia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.
