Softball Recap: Gaston Comes Up Short

Gaston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Nestucca Bobcats, falling 13-3. That's two games in a row now that the Greyhounds have lost by exactly ten runs.

Gaston's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Nestucca, they moved to 6-19 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Gaston does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Nestucca, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 17-7 defeat against Knappa on the 21st.
