Basketball Recap: DeSoto Comes Up Short

DeSoto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 67-47 to the St. Vincent Indians.

DeSoto's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for St. Vincent, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

DeSoto will challenge Sullivan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. DeSoto is facing Sullivan at the right time seeing as Sullivan is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for St. Vincent, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 64-49 loss against Advance on the 14th.
