Softball Recap: Rushford-Peterson Takes a Loss

Rushford-Peterson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 19-8 to the Lewiston-Altura Cardinals. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly 11 runs.

Rushford-Peterson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Lewiston-Altura, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Cardinals beat Rushford-Peterson by a score of 14-0 later that day.
