Basketball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Colonial Forge Eagles, falling 58-16. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 40-27 back in December of 2024.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Colonial Forge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Mountain View will venture away from home to challenge Patriot at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Colonial Forge, they will host Riverbend at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
