Greene Central came tearing into Wednesday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Ayden - Grifton Chargers 7-0. Give Greene Central's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Ayden - Grifton from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Miguel Zavala led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.
