Football Recap: Clearwater Victorious + How To Watch

After losing to Wiregrass Ranch the last time they met, Clearwater decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tornadoes came out on top against the Bulls by a score of 28-16 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tornadoes.

Jaylen White had a dynamite game, rushing for 122 yards and one TD while picking up 7.2 yards per carry, and also throwing for 171 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes. Isaiah Berrien was in the mix too, providing Clearwater with two scores.

Clearwater has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Wiregrass Ranch, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clearwater will face off against Lakewood at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wiregrass Ranch, they will challenge Zephyrhills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
