Volleyball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Emerald Ridge Jaguars, falling 3-0. The Rams were not able to make up for their defeat to the Jaguars from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-15, 25-12.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Emerald Ridge, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Rogers is set to take on their familiar foe Graham-Kapowsin at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Emerald Ridge will square off against rival South Kitsap at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
