Summit Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators an easy 38-15 victory. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Gators apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Greenbrier Christian Academy was led to victory by Katelyn Balka and Bayleigh Kaliher. Balka almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine boards, while Kaliher posted six points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. Those 18 points gave Balka a new career-high.
