Volleyball Recap: Park Hill's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

Park Hill and Lee's Summit North squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Park Hill had to settle for second. They came up short against the Broncos, falling 3-0. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-16.

Leading Lee's Summit North to victory were Madilynn Benne and Rhys Zinn. Benne had seven digs and four assists, while Zinn hit 100% for eight kills and three digs and three blocks. That's the most blocks Zinn has posted since back in September of 2024.

Park Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Lee's Summit North, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-7.

Park Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lee's Summit North, they will square off against Incarnate Word Academy on Thursday.
