Volleyball Recap: Lansing Christian Has No Trouble Against Sexton + How To Watch

The Lansing Christian Pilgrims made easy work of the Sexton Big Reds on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pilgrims.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lansing Christian took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-1, 25-8, 25-12.

Esther Lee paced Lansing Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Lee got some help from Ainsley Pelle and her nine assists. Alyssa Shank controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The victory got Lansing Christian back to even at 5-5. As for Sexton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Lansing Christian will head out to challenge Dansville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sexton, they will face off against Lakewood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
