Fort Yukon won the last time they faced Tri-Valley and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Fort Yukon Eagles took down the Tri-Valley Warriors 52-34.

Fort Yukon's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Karli Thomas led the charge by putting up ten points. Nellie Ward was another key player, posting eight points and six rebounds.

Fort Yukon's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Tri-Valley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Tanalian the next time they take the court. Tri-Valley will head out to face Tanalian at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Fort Yukon will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
