Basketball Recap: Pecatonica Comes Up Short

Pecatonica suffered their biggest loss since January 13th on Friday. They came up short against the Potosi Chieftains, falling 68-42. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Vikings' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Pecatonica's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Potosi, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2.

Pecatonica didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 90-42 win against Juda on the 10th. As for Potosi, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 62-43 loss against Mineral Point on the 8th.
