Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Broome). They blew past the Greenville H Hurricanes 73-53 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Centurions have posted since January 4th.

Broome was led to victory by Damarius Jeter and Lance Henderson. Jeter went 10 for 19 on his way to 24 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals, while Henderson went 7 for 13 on his way to 18 points and six rebounds. Jeter is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaiden Thomas, who posted four points and seven rebounds.

Broome smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in ten consecutive matches.

With the win, Broome broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7. As for Greenville H, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Broome will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Blacksburg at 7:30 p.m. Broome is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.6 points per game this season. As for Greenville H, they will head out to challenge West-Oak at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Greenville H is facing West-Oak at the right time seeing as West-Oak is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
