Volleyball Recap: Peyton Townsend's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Dunwoody over Decatur

Dunwoody lost against Decatur back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Dunwoody lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Peyton Townsend, who had nine digs and six aces. Another player making a difference was Simone Stroe, who had 11 digs and two assists.

Dunwoody's loss dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Decatur, their win bumped their record up to 14-12.

As of now, neither Dunwoody nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
