Softball Game Preview: Lynn Camp Wildcats vs. Jackson County Generals

The Lynn Camp Wildcats will face off against the Jackson County Generals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.

Monday just wasn't the day for Lynn Camp's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to North Laurel, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, Jackson County lost 18-5 to South Laurel on Friday.

Jackson County's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Lynn Camp, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Lynn Camp came up short against Jackson County when the teams last played back in April of 2024, falling 3-0. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
