Basketball Recap: West End Comes Up Short

West End was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 63-37 to the Sand Rock Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 75-48 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

West End's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Sand Rock, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West End will welcome Asbury at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sand Rock, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Valley Head at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
