Basketball Recap: Amistad Comes Up Short

Amistad lost against Berlin back in January of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Amistad Wolves were dealt a 48-14 defeat at the hands of the Berlin Redcoats. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Amistad and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for Berlin, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

While Amistad had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
