Volleyball Recap: Maine West Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Maine West was the 2-1 winner over Maine East when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell 2-0 to the Blue Demons on Thursday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Maine West had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21.

Maine West's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Maine East, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-20.

Maine West has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Glenbrook South on the 17th. As for Maine East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Vernon Hills on the 21st.
