Sara Sain, Newton-Conover's leading rebounder, solidified her role on Friday. Sain dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 boards. The effort also marked the most assists (five) she has had since back in January of 2024. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 13 or more in the last six games she's played.
