Proctor had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Mesabi East on Monday. The Rails were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Giants. Winning may never get old, but the Rails sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Proctor was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11,  25-19.
Proctor found their leader in sophomore  SAVANNAH BAKER, who  had 11  digs and four assists.
 Proctor  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 13  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces in four consecutive  matchups.
Proctor's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Mesabi East, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record  this season.
 Coincidentally, Proctor and Mesabi East will both be playing Denfeld the next time they take the court. The Giants will  host the Hunters at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday, while the Rails will head out to face them  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 14th.
