Keshequa took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They never let York/Pavilion get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. For Keshequa, this counts as revenge for the 5-2 win York/Pavilion walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Aiden Upright and Zach Smathers scored both of Keshequa's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Keshequa wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Bishop Kearney on the 6th. As for York/Pavilion, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Mount Morris on the 9th.
