Softball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

If Trinity was riding high fresh off their 25-18 takedown of Centerville on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers came up short against the Warren Warriors on Thursday, falling 10-3.

Chrissie Vaughn made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and two runs.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Warren, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0-1.

Trinity has already played their next matchup, a 15-5 defeat against West Hardin on the 19th. As for Warren, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 victory against Onalaska on the 20th.
