Volleyball Game Preview: Timber Creek Wolves vs. Winter Park Wildcats

Timber Creek is 1-9 against Winter Park since April of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Wolves will square off against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Winter Park will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Timber Creek extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. The Wolves put the hurt on Boone with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Winter Park rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cougars. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won seven in a row.

Winter Park's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Timber Creek, their win bumped their record up to 25-1.

Timber Creek couldn't quite get it done against Winter Park when the teams last played back in April as they fell 2-0. Can the Wolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
