Volleyball Recap: Woodland Christian Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mesa Verde, Woodland Christian was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the San Juan Spartans. This was a revenge game for the Cardinals: when they faced off against the Spartans back in March, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Woodland Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for San Juan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.

Coincidentally, Woodland Christian and San Juan will both be playing Vacaville Christian the next time they take the court. The Cardinals will head out to face the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
