Soccer Recap: Ysleta Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Ysleta can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the West Plains Wolves on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Ysleta's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Ysleta's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for West Plains, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-3-3.

Ysleta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Plains, they will challenge Stephenville on Thursday. Stephenville will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something West Plains surely won't give up without a fight.
