Baseball Recap: Brighton Comes Up Short

The Brighton Bulldogs came up short against the Riverdale Ridge Ravens on Tuesday and fell 8-4.

Brighton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jude Bachicha, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Brighton's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Riverdale Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Brighton is set to take on their familiar foe Westminster at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Riverdale Ridge will square off against rival Mountain Range at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
