Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Godwin). Everything went their way against the Hermitage Panthers on Tuesday as they made off with an 8-0 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Godwin and bumps their season record up to 3-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those two matches. As for Hermitage, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Godwin will challenge Matoaca at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hermitage, they will face off against Deep Run at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Deep Run's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Hermitage's offense will have their work cut out for them.
