League recap: Resurrection Christian scores huge upset over Holyoke

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Resurrection Christian, who defeated 72nd ranked Holyoke, 34-29. Luke Fick threw for 161 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.

Wiggins added to the longest winning streak in 1A North Central this week by beating Rocky Ford, 48-0. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Tigers.

Baylor Buck threw for 104 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 5-23 with 0 interception.

Alec Ellis was a key player and the best on defense this week as Wray lost to Cornerstone Christian Academy. The 5-foot-8 senior.

Buck put up the best numbers in passing as the Eagles lost to the Bulldogs. Buck's favorite target this week was Kyler Churchwell, who caught 4 passes for 99 yards.

Cornerstone Christian Academy's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Nathaniel Ruble has thrown for 763 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Nick Lubin has 18 catches for 311 yards.

The Dragons are currently in second, while Yuma is in fifth.

Wiggins took down the Meloneers 48-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Terran Freauff threw for 28 yards and 2 touchdowns and ran for 43 yards in the win.
