Todd County Central hasn't had much luck against Franklin-Simpson recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Todd County Central Rebels will be playing in front of their home fans against the Franklin-Simpson Wildcats at 6:00 p.m.

Todd County Central is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 17th straight game on Friday. The contest between them and Logan County didn't end well, with Todd County Central falling 69-53. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 258th, while the Cougars are ranked 114th).

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Franklin-Simpson duked it out with Russellville on Friday. Franklin-Simpson walked away with a 57-45 win over Russellville.

Todd County Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Franklin-Simpson, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-13.
