Volleyball Recap: Scotts Valley Comes Up Short

Scotts Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Harbor Pirates. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Pirates when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19, 25-13.

Scotts Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Harbor, their victory was their 11th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Scotts Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe San Lorenzo Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Harbor will take on rival Santa Cruz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
