Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shelton). They walked away with a 53-43 win over the Aberdeen Bobcats on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Highclimbers: when they faced off against the Bobcats on January 10th, they had to take a 49-47 loss.

Aberdeen's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaac Garcia, who went 5 for 12 en route to 11 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jhacob Quezada, who posted nine points.

Shelton moved to 4-14 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Aberdeen, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.

Shelton has already played their next game, a 48-36 win against Centralia on the 30th. As for Aberdeen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 66-49 defeat against WF West on the 30th.
