In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Lyons sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-16, 27-29, 25-19.
Maddie Richard paced Lyons' offense, picking up 13 kills. Richard got some help from

Leading Oak Park-River Forest to victory were Kate Bailitz and Devyn Kleidon. Bailitz had 23 digs, while Kleidon had six digs and three aces. Kleidon is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last three games she's played.
Lyons' defeat dropped their record down to 19-17. As for Oak Park-River Forest, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-16 record this season.
