Softball Recap: Kennedale Comes Up Short

Kennedale saw some tournament action on Friday. They came up short against the Magnolia West Mustangs, falling 9-2.

Kennedale's loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Magnolia West, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Kennedale wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 15-0 win against MacArthur on the 1st. As for Magnolia West, they will face off against Klein at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
