Maurepas got themselves on the board against False River on Friday, but False River never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Gators. With that victory, the Wolves brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Sidney Lauzervich made a splash no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched.
