Soccer Recap: Cheney Takes a Loss

Cheney was the 3-0 winner over West Valley when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Cheney fell just short of West Valley by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Cheney have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cheney's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for West Valley, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cheney will square off against rival Central Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, West Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe North Central at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
