Football Game Preview: Legacy Academy Silverbacks vs. Santa Rosa Lions

The Legacy Academy Silverbacks will take on the Santa Rosa Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Legacy Academy will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

On Friday, Legacy Academy made easy work of Tucumcari and carried off a 28-6 win. The Silverbacks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 22 points or more this season.

The critical scores for Legacy Academy came from Jay Lee, Lorenzo Sedillo-Urban, Bryant Scales, and Xander Chavez.

Legacy Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 287 rushing yards. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 87.2 rushing yards per game earlier this season, but in their last five matchups they've averaged 226.
